Recently, Lao Friends Hospital for Children held a special workshop led by our Nursing Director, Nurse Maly, to strengthen teamwork and reinforce compassionate care across the nursing department.

The workshop focused on LFHC’s core value: “Treat every child as if they were your own.” Through role-play scenarios, nurses explored key themes such as empathy in patient care, effective teamwork, and infection prevention practices.

This engaging session gave the team space to reflect, learn, and reconnect with their mission. Nurse Maly guided discussions and emphasized how compassion and collaboration directly impact patient outcomes.
