Join a 3-day cycling challenge from Vientiane to Luang Prabang, combining adventure with purpose.
This experience brings together passionate cyclists and adventurists to raise funds for Lao Friends Hospital for Children the only free pediatric hospital in Laos. Like the Luang Prabang Half Marathon, every kilometer you ride helps provide, life-saving healthcare for children in need.

We will discuss logistics and route, and what you need to bring with you. (Hand luggage only ) and divide into colour-coded teams based on experience and fitness, Elite and Intermediate.
Day 0: Oct 21st / Team Briefing
Meet at 07.00 at That Luang Park.
Prep bikes and final servicing for the ride. We then start a staggered departure with the slowest team starting first, then every 20 minutes, another group leaves. starting at 8:15.
We cycle north on Route 13 to join Route 10.
Support vans make scheduled stops every 20km to arrange refuelling stations
Cycle to the southern shore of the lake, and this marks the end point for the day. A large boat will ferry cyclists to the resort on the north shore

Day 1: Oct 22nd
Vientiane - Nam Ngum Beach (D)
Starting at 8:00, we will follow the route through Vang Vieng to Kasi. Vans will stay close to the group due to traffic we will stop every 20km to refuel.
ETA for Kasi 2- 3 pm

Day 2: Oct 23rd
Nam Ngum Beach to Kasi (B,D)
After a local-style breakfast starting at 6:00 am
The elite group leaves first to conquer the mountain. transfer of 15 km to begin ride this day is over 2000m of climbing! depart at 7:00 am

Intermediate group transfer to the drop points at the top of the mountain to begin the ride to Luang Prabang, departing at 8:30 am to start riding 10:30

Kasi to Luang Prabang (B,D)

* The price includes a minimum of $250 donation to Lao Friends Hospital for Children
