Important Notice for Winning Bidders

For winners in attendance at the event payment for all work is due at the close of the auction. Winning absentee, phone, and ARTSY bidders will be contacted within a few days following the event to arrange payment as well as pickup or shipping of their item(s).

All property is "as is" and all transactions are final. Neither Friends Without A Border (Friends) nor the artist makes any express or implied warranty or representation as to the condition of any lot offered in the auction. No statement made at any time, whether oral or written, shall constitute such a warranty or representation. Descriptions of condition are not warranties. If there is a report on the condition, please use the link below to view. A printout of the Errat and Condition Report will also be available at the auction. You can also contact Friends if you have any specific questions about the condition of any prints. Auction donations are tax deductible above the guide value in the U.S. No refund or exchange is accepted.

Friends staff, board members and volunteers may bid at the auction for themselves, or they may be designated to execute bids for absentees.

Payment and Pickup or Shipping

Winners in attendance at the event pay at the checkout desk and are issued claim checks. Credit cards and checks are accepted. Present your claim check at the pickup desk to retrieve your item(s). Winners may also arrange to pick up their item(s) at the Friends office or to ship the item(s) by Friday, December 21, 2018. Winners pay a shipping and handling fee of $50 within the U.S. For overseas shipping, Friends will contact winners with an estimated shipping cost.
