Admission and paddle number for the auction must be paid in advance. Payment by check or cash is preferred. Those who order the special print by Monica Denevan, available for $500, would be entitled to a Silver Lounge Seat.

Payment for all work is due the night of the auction without exception.

All property is "as is." None of Friends Without A Border nor the artist makes any express or implied warranty or representation as to the condition of any lot offered in the auction, and no statement made at any time, whether oral or written, shall constitute such a warranty or representation. Descriptions of condition are not warranties. Accordingly, all lots should be viewed personally by prospective bidders to evaluate the condition of the property offered in the auction. Please feel free to contact Friends for a report on the condition of any prints. Be reminded that each lot is "as is" and all transactions are final. Unless a lot is identified as part of a limited edition, no edition limit should be assumed. Unless a lot is identified as having been printed in a certain year, no date of printing can be guaranteed. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will obtain the item: in the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer will have final discretion and his record shall be binding and conclusive. If the auctioneer decides that any opening bid is below the value of the article offered, he may reject the bid and withdraw the article from the auction.
